This early 1800’s dwelling received extensive roof re-strutting and bracing carried out internally without the removal of slate roof tiles or internal ornate ceilings, we also demolished the rear of the property to extend the kitchen add a pergola and 2 car garage and external laundry. We also replaced the sub floor framing and polished timber flooring to the ground floor of the dwelling.

Major works saw renovations to down stairs entertaining areas and bar. The installation of bi-fold doors opens the internal areas up onto thew new polished concrete courtyard. Extensive landscaping and gardens increased usable space in the backyard with simplified and easy to maintain gardens.

The front of the property was completely overhauled with the removal to 2 gum trees, which made way for bringing power to the property underground and replacement of VCP sewer line with PVC to the street. Works were completed with new retaining walls and gardens along the boundary grass to front yard and new solid timber decking to the first floor.
