Both Chris any myself (and I’m sure I speak for the rest of the committee), would like to say how pleased we are with the outcome of the rebuild and tiling of our front entrance. It looks fantastic.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with you, your brother and all associated with your company. We could not have expected any more when it came to service and quality of work.

This ranges from the pride you took in every aspect of the job, to going way beyond the call of duty and never complaining once, or making us feel anxious, when the incorrect tiles were delivered, costing you at least a weeks work time. Your endeavour to source our original tiles we ordered, when they were no longer available, costing you a whole day’s work in doing so, is testament to the lengths you went to try and assist us. Even the tiler never once complained about the setback and loss of time. He was extremely professional, very accommodating, and his quality of work superb.

Something as small as me asking your brother for some acid wash so I could clean a small section of our pool area, only to have him, without hesitation, offer to clean it for us, is further testament to the level of customer service your company provided.

As anyone will tell you, and I’m sure you experienced in your dealings with me, I am obsessed with attention to detail, and for someone to not only live up to, but also exceed my expectations, is a tall order, which you and your company handily achieved.

I write in support of Mr Mark Larsson and His son, David Larsson of Direct Building Pty Ltd.

We first had the good Fortune to avail ourselves of Direct Building’s services around mid 2007, when we commissioned the company to repair timber flooring following a not so satisfactory job by another builder.

The Larsson’s have willingly given advice including options on cost and longevity of material to be used. Due to the high standards of workmanship, we now use their service every time we have a building related problem.

Mark’s sons are also qualified builders. Both Boys show a dedication to work seldom found in young folks these days.

I Understand David Larsson is taking a more active role in the company now. With David’s enthusiasm, and his father’s Knowledge/experience as and added bonus, one would go a long way to find a more obliging, cost effective, honest and reliable company.
